Although the Wu Ming movements are specifically prescribed for breast cancer,
everyone will feel the benefits in doing them.
These unique ancient self-healing gentle energy movements based on Meridian Therapy, were developed by Dr Nan Lu and his master, Professor Xi-ha Xu of Yunnan, China. This therapy is designed to help bodily organs function in harmony by stretching and relieving Meridian blockages, thereby increasing overall Qi, and conveying many healing benefits.
Try to practice at least once daily and at the same time. Good times to increase Qi are from 11:00am to 1:00pm and 5:00 to 7:00pm. It's also good to practice during the full moon, during seasonal transitions like the winter solstice, spring equinox and so on. Your birthday and birth time, and parents' birthdays are especially good times to practice.
Do each movement SLOWLY.
Do not practice when hungry, after a big meal, if very tired, or after sex.

5. THE DRAGON KICKS BACKWARD
- Bladder and Kidney Meridians
6. THE DRAGON SCOOPS THE MOON FROM THE OCEAN
- Spleen and stomach Meridians
7. THE DRAGON STANDS BETWEEN HEAVEN AND EARTH
- Kidney Meridian and Harmonizing all Meridians
Do each movement for 2-5 minutes, except for the last position which can be held as long as possible.
